Registration Rates & Deadlines

The early-bird conference rate is $1195. To receive this $200 discount, registrations must be received on or before August 31, 2010. On August 1, the conference rate will increase to $1,395.

Individual's who attended the 2009 COADE User Conference may register for the special rate of $995, if they register by August 31, 2010—this is a $400 savings!

The full-conference rate is $1,395. Individual registering after August 31, 2010 will be charged the full rate.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Substitutions from the same company may be made at any time. Cancellations must be received in writing (fax or email acceptable). Cancellations received after September 6, 2010, but before September 20, 2010 are subject to a $200 processing fee. Cancellations received after September 20, 2010 will have their registration fee credited to another Intergraph conference, product or service. Should the conference be canceled for reasons beyond Intergraph's control, they will be rescheduled, and all registrations will be applied to the rescheduled workshop. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 1.281.890.3301 or emailed to dana.toland@itexgroup.com.

Spouse/Guest Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to September 6 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after September 6, 2010, but before September 20, 2010 are subject to a $200 processing fee. Cancellations received after September 20, 2010 cannot be refunded but can be transferred.

Golf Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to September 20, 2010 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after September 20, 2010, cannot be refunded but can be transferred.

Payment Policies

Credit Cards: Intergraph accepts and prefers payment by credit card to ensure that attendees' on-site conference experience goes smoothly. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards.

Other Payment Options: Individuals registering on or before August 15 can pay their conference registration fee with a Purchase Order or Check. Registrations received on or After August 16, must use a credit card to pay for the conference registration fee. Checks must be received by Intergraph by September 7. Please make check payable to 'Intergraph Corporation'.
