The 2010 CADWorx University will be held at the The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
Intergraph has contracted with the The Woodlands Waterway Marriott to provide sleeping accommodations for conference attendees at the special rate of $189. The number of sleeping rooms available at this discounted rate are limited; therefore, attendees are urged to register early. Please note that the sleeping room rate of $189 expires on September 3, 2010. At that time the hotel may, at their own discretion, increase the room rate. The hotel requires that they be notified of any cancellations 24 hours prior to 4:00PM day of arrival to avoid being charged one night's occupancy.
The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center is a state of the art facility offering a distinct setting in a wooded retreat area with a meandering waterway. It is located in Woodlands, Texas, 20 minutes north of George Bush Intercontinental Airport. At the heart of the Woodlands is its newest and most lively development — The Waterway. The area features, along with the hotel, entertainment venues, retail shops, upscale dining, and uptown living. This hotel has earned the prestigious ENERGY STAR label from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for its efforts to conserve water and energy and protect the environment.

Acqua Lounge
A perfect place to unwind with friends or colleagues, enjoy a selection of 40 wines by the
glass/taste or premium cocktails. The only destination lounge on the new waterway. Restaurant
is open for lunch and dinner. Dress is casual.
Ristorante Tuscany
Serving Italian fare in a casual setting off the waterway. Open for breakfast, lunch and
dinner. Dress is casual.
A Starbucks Coffee Shop is located in the lobby.
Spa at The Waterway
Located on-site, this full-service day spa caters to both men and women, featuring an upscale salon, an
old fashioned men's barbershop and much more. Call 1-281-296-8866 to make an appointment, as reservations
are required.

There is complimentary parking available at The Pavillion Parking Garage, connected to the hotel via a skywalk. The garage is located at 6 Pines Street.

Hotel direction: 21 miles North
Driving directions: When exiting from the airport, take the Hardy Toll Road North. This will merge with I-45. Exit at Woodlands Parkway. At second traffic light, Six Pines Dr., turn right. At second traffic light, Lake Robbins Drive, turn right. Hotel is on your right.

Hotel direction: 45 miles North
Driving directions: When exiting airport, follow signs for I-45 North. Take I-45 North to Loop 610 East. Follow 610 Loop around to Hardy Toll Road North. Hardy Toll Road will merge with I-45. Take Woodlands Pkwy exit. At second traffic light, Six Pines Drive, turn right. At second traffic light, Lake Robbins Drive, turn right. Hotel is on your right.

Local Transport
The Waterway features a water taxi and a waterway trolley. The Water Taxi is air-conditioned, and Water Taxi Ambassadors will narrate points of interest along the way. The stops along the 1.25-mile long Woodlands Waterway are at The Woodlands Mall, Landry's, Anadarko Petroleum, Waterway Square West, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott & Convention Center, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and Town Green. Fares for the Water Taxi are $5.00 all day for adults and $2.50 all day for seniors, youth, and disabled. The Water Taxi runs from 11:00AM - 10:00PM. The complimentary trolley runs Monday through Sunday from 11:00AM - 8:00PM.

Workshop check-in will take place from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Sunday, September 26, and from 7:00AM to 5:00PM Monday, September 27, Tuesday, September 28, and 7:30AM to 11:30AM, Wednesday, September 29.
